Tong Shui Kai now open until 12am. A lot of stall at road side. Simply looking for a stall I think is also good. But I choose this No 27 stall because the fruit ice Kacang look delicious. Yes. Is great and much try also. Unfortunately parking here inside the gate is need to pay, outside is full of cars. No choice.

Great food and you can basically find one that suits you . The fruit ice is great, so as the rojak with keropok. Only downside is parking is a bit hard to find.

Messy, disorganized and place over-rated. Went on Monday night, crowded and need to stand behind those eating to secure a table. Ordered ais kacang and mix fruit ice - funny taste yam ice-cream on top of both

Came here after dinner and had the mixed fruit ice from stall number 8. It was great! Refreshing and fresh. The line might be long at time.

Best stall is 25 and 26 to get started. Some food can't be order cross boundary, makesure you choose the food u want to try only then sit in to order.

I love stall 18 porridge. The best I have tasted in Asia. Served piping hot with choices of ingredients. The tong shui dessert I took was really good too.

I'm just so glad this long row of hawker stalls still stands in Ipoh and as popular as ever. After all we're not in Singapore, are we? After dinner at Anika Selera, my family decided to have some nice tong sui (sweet soup) at this street. Seeing this long row of stalls, we couldn't resist and had another round of eating! I can't possibly leave Ipoh without having a bowl of hor hee. It was indeed a good choice. All of my teenage nostalgia came back with this effective memory jolt of a noodle soup. Tasted just like how I liked it. My brother wanted Ipoh style char kuey teow and this stall numbered at 32 gave him what he wanted and more - in the form of very pinkish and tiny cockles peppered all over the fried noodle. Tasted as good as it looked. What about the sweet soup? I ordered the most boring but no less sweetly taste 清补凉 (cooling sweet soup with roughly shaved ice). Just what I wanted after a few days of heavy and heaty food. Oh you have to try this dessert called Wan Tau Long, yellow jelly that covers a bed of shaved ice. It tastes refreshing and citrussy that reminds me of calamansi cordial. Together with the ice, you get this really zesty and cold feeling in your mouth. A great way to end my adventure down the Ipoh food memory lane.

Overrated. Haha, but still nostalgic to me! ? Food general is good. Definitely not for the taste, but for ambience if you are 1st time coming to Ipoh. Best stalls are no. 8 杂果冰, then 炸肠州, and the end stall at front selling 牛腩面 ?
