★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional! Booked appointment for 2 pm. Was only attended to at 2.25 pm. So i had to wait for up to 25 minutes despite booking my slot 3 days in advance. On top of that, the stylist (5 letter name starts with J...) was rude and seemed like he wanted to finish cutting my hair quickly and get me out of the store ASAP.
The team needs to respect people's time and STICK TO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULES. I won't be coming back again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stylist is very customer-friendly and understands what the customer wants. I’ve got damage hair from years of swimming so they were very informative on the latest hair trends and finding what works best with my hair condition. Price is also reasonable and follows SOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The haircut is okay but not really what I asked for. Would have been a better experience if the stylist (the one with a script tattoo) was slightly more attentive before rushing to process clients.
Asked for a light trim of 3-4 inches and got some 8 inches of my hair chopped off. It was so quick that the “consultation” lasted 3 sentences before he rushed snipped it off ? yikes. Basically went in for a reshaping and quick trim and came out with short hair ?
