★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for water pipe leaking service for repair. However, they sent over a staff named called simon. First of all, quoted for a work saying wanna change some pipe and hacking on wall, will charge for 250. I reply it just a leakage on the pipe , it is not necessary to do the hacking. So he reduce to 200. Okay start the repair. He just uninstalled it and installed back. Telling it is fixed. I asked him I thought you need some hacking.... he replied no need hacking and can fix better wah... replied in the manner like a gangster talk. However, I realise it still leaking. He redo in another way and change a small part. And screwed till the original is broken and deny the it is his fault. Totally ridiculous service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even qualified to say you have “more than 20 years of experiences”. Call this company to repair my toilet bowl but eventually sent a sub company work which I didn’t know till I get the invoice.
Talk about money first and charged me RM600 for just towel bowl repair. Then I experienced a horrible service! The subcompany named Boon Chye. Worker was not honest, irresponsible, not complete the work. Said will return to fix it but never pick up call after this. So guys, please find another company with good review before calling this.
