โ โ โ โ โ The ward's visiting hour are 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm and 4.30 pm to 7.00 pm daily, except weekend start from 12.30 pm to 7.00 pm.
The non visiting hours for patient's relatives and friends mainly to accommodate hospital staff to discharge their duties to caring an inpatient, otherwise they help to care the patients needs and comfort.

One Malaysia hospital also like that
No got a change in working and attitude
They no think what happened to herself
Just saying wait wait and wait
They no responsible in working
Break time then go to rest no excuse
And late to enter they job
Talk with another nurse
And got alot training nurse
Addition is they don't know how to solve a problem.
This Big mistakes in malayasia only I think wait 3 hour 4 hour is normal.
If you is they good friend or family member
no need la. They will become fast to serve

โ โ โ โ โ Horrific, horrible & unthinkable in every way, always, all the time, every time, because that's their way of thinking & working & their style that they are really proud of & whether the 'service' gonna be cheap or expensive, we still are paying for this 'nightmare'.

โ โ โ โ โ The services at the hospital have improved by leaps and bounds. Particularly to the doctors and nurses at Ward MELATI who are very diligent and professional in their job. Kudos and thank you for taking great care of my wife.

โ โ โ โ โ My dad was admitted to Kuala Pilah Hospital on 12/6/20 for stroke. My dad, Liu Chow had a trauma on his head and the CT scan indicated that blood clot on his right side of his head. The Medical Officer treated him was friendly Dr Nur Hamizah and the specialist Incharge, Dr Iskandar Mizra. I like to make mention that Dr Iskandar was very cordial and take some time to explain to me in details on my dad's condition. Whatever concern we have, he addressed it and making us feeling at ease to make a well informed decision. We are so grateful to him for providing a detail report so that palliative care of Extended Card hospital can be given to my dad after discharge.
The only feedback is that the Ward 3 bed 22, where my dad slept on was full of ants. Upon checking, the drawer, I found a leftover bread and it was filled with ants. The ants was all over the bed that my dad slept on. I would give 5 stars if not of the ants...

โ โ โ โ โ My mother had to be amputated due to diabetes. Unable to move with only her right leg. Nurse forced her to discharge. Requested to stay in hospital for a few days more as we feel she still need to monitor her wound on her leg and rashes on her back. But our pleas were ignored. The nurse took off all the tubes and just left my mother on the bed. Can't even get her to get in the car. Had to arrange for an ambulance ourselves. Very bad experience. No caring and understanding at all. Nurse, when you are old, you will know our feelings then.

โ โ โ โ โ After i read many negative reviews & saw many young docs, Surprisingly we got warmest good care for meternity services. But the lift a bit quite scary. Hahaha. Anyway kudos for all docs, nurses & crews and thank you
