★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niece bought this new unit. Lots of privacy. Lovely place. Lots of space to move around. Not sure when all units fully occupied. Managment need to set up some R & R though as observed the poor guards being verbally abused by some unreasonable n demanding residents. While they have to follow rules, they have to adjust to these residents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to buy local food, fresh produce, clothings,household items, electricl goods and gadgets. Stalls are set up as early as 3pm and they finish around 7.30pm.
The peak hour is between 5-7pm.
I like the Melaka style nasi lemak in which they use butterfly peas flower( this flower has pretty blue color) to cook the rice and the sambal tastes good.
It could be one of the best pasar malam in Melaka city as you will be spoiled for lots of food.
You may park your car at the nearby residential area.
