More personal task than Job related task will be given. Undecided work flow and to many undecided request from the management from day to day. Poor management. Maybe they can offer high pay but you be the macai to do all the personal work such as monitor house renovation, install item at boss house, transfer boss personal item or buy dog food during working hours.
