★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses are ok; the less than 5 mins RTK test is charged at RM130, which is exorbitant compared to other clinics that charge around RM65-RM70—I asked the nurse why the high price was told that their RTK test delivers results almost immediately.
My other friends had done a similar test that offered results immediately but charged half the price here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's bad enough that I had to endure home quarantine at all, but when my ID tag was fitted at the airport, my two choices for its removal were made clear to me:
1. Pay for a PCR the day before removal.
2. Take my own lateral flow test at whichever clinic removed the band (no charge was mentioned).
Wanting this process to be over as soon as possible, I naturally went to the nearest of the clinics on the list provided to me, although all but one are part of the U.n.i Klinik franchise anyway. Here I was informed that it would cost RM95 for them to needlessly administer a lateral flow I could easily have undertaken myself under supervision (but perhaps you can't charge RM95 to merely watch someone do a COVID test!), and then update my app. As you can see from the attached photo of the receipt, which lists nothing under 'procedure(s)', I was effectively charged RM95 for nothing.
This taxation of a virus that has legitimately affected thousands in your country is egregious and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here today for predeparture RTK antigen test for an international flight. Wow impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism, and service. The premise is spotless, nurses made me feel taken care of, everyone very friendly and speaks softly, procedure efficient, and soft music and relaxing scent in the waiting space! 5 stars for stellar service and will definitely return!
