β β β β β Rude, unprofessional, insensitive, not worth money, and money down to the toilet. I couldn't believe it when the photographer was yelling and calling my family members being "too fat" by simply asking for the photos to be edited. This should not be happening, and it was poor customer service. It was hurting to hear such a comment and, for god sake, spoiled the feeling of happiness to capture a memorable moment. Please do not go there! Ever! I wished I can give a MINUS 100 stars here!

Excuse me?! I expect a better explanation, but your reply has fully shown me how unethical and unprofessional your business model and customer service are. You have made a second and third unprofessional comment by accusing me of being a fake person and accusing us (again) finding a way for a lower price! My family was trying to discuss the photos, and there was nothing wrong with it.
What is your right to tell my family member that "she is fat and needs to slim down", yelling and being rude in an increased tone? Is it "professional and ethical to treat a customer" like this?
Even your reception has to apologise on his behalf for his unprofessional behavioural! My family were crying and hurting after such comments.
Your service provided are not at its excellence as what you have claimed. Instead, it's at a bottom level as it had hurt the customers (my family) feeling and made them cry!
There might be misunderstandings during the discussion, but this is unacceptable and unprofessional to speak to your customer in such manners, especially to my family!
In any business, it is imperative to accept constructive criticism and at least respond to it politely. Remember that the customers are always right, and they always come first.
