★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hereby i would like to help my brother-in-law to lodge a complaint about their management team lousy and horrible services. The JMB Management suddenly billed my brother-in-law $2500.00 for a month water utility bills .
"Ridiculous" right? Moreover the management team never reply our appeal outcome although we emailed & called Ms Yong couple of times... thereafter the Ms Yong redirect us to Ms Fiona?????......as per their information if we didn't pay the "weird" $2500 water bills the management team will cut off my Tenant water supply ...... I told them we are extremely hard to find a tenant to stay in our unit...please don't act such of rude action towards us (investors) ..... but their don't care about our feeling at all.... just argued us to pay the unknown $2500 water bills to settle and close the issue.... Really Unfair towards Us (investors). Please Help if any relevant authority could handle them. TQVM
