★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didnt have to queue when I reached on a saturday morning around 8am. Some parts of the shops are bit stuffy but if u walk inside, theres a section with aircond. We only tried their butter coffee and kaya toast.
The butter coffee looks intimidating when it slowly melts and look oily. It doesnt taste scary. It was okay for a try. Ntg too significant in terms of taste except the butter slice on top of the coffee.
As for the kaya toast, it was ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kopi and roti bakar are highly recommended! I ordered the kopi with butter, the signature coffee in the house. There are some stalls selling chee chong fun and noodles too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The toasted bread is highly recommended. Both the kaya and butter tasted of high quality. The half-boiled eggs are also very good and fresh. Polo bun is not too bad but nothing to shout. The environment is nice with a touch of authentic Hainanese Kopitiam. They have a variety of different types of buns but mostly were sold out as we were there at around 1 pm. The price is decent. RM13.20 for two buns, half-boiled eggs, tea and warm water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nanyang coffee is rich and strong very nice, teh is good too rich with tea fragrance. The chi chong fun can choose the topping I want, delicious too. Nasi lemak with crispy fried chicken didn't fail my expectation, thumbs up!! The crossaint with butter kaya is my favorite among all! So satisfying meal . Will come back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Went around 8 am, the shop was full but managed to find a seat. The waitress is kind and polite to show me to my seat
2) A little warm inside though in front of the giant air cooler
3) Coffee with butter - is just an ok for me
4) Toast bread and half boiled egg - normal just like any other kopitiam
5) Yam cake - slightly above average
6) There is another seating area behind the shop before the toilet, a bit ventilated
7) Toilet cleanliness - can be further improved
8) Service - consider fast for me
Will I come back? Maybe not

Nasi lemak was so-so, the sambal wasnt great, fried chicken was normal.
We tried the Cham ice but nothing to shout about.
Only thing thats nice was the polo bun.
Environment was really hot and not comfy.
Price slightly high as well.
Not worth coming for the second visit honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kopi Butter is a must try. Arrived at 7.45am on a Saturday to avoid the crowd. The service is commendable, loved how courteous and polite they are. Keep It Up! Will definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kopitiam got the antic feel, food and drink are good. Croissant is highly recommended to test because it very crispy especially when the food is served. But for butter coffee, it not that so special when you stir with the coffee. Parking also is a challenge and limited, park at road side parking only. Kopitiam last call will be around 1pm, most the food will be sold out around 12.30pm
