★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a very good correspondence with the customer service/sales via fb... very helpful and prompt responses... unfortunately during our actual visit the salesperson onsite was a different person, which we find quite rude and furthermore he just look uninterested as if we (the customer) are a nuisance to him... so we decided to leave after a few minutes...
please improve your customer/sales relations...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team running this company is highly professional and experienced. If you're looking to install a custom radio set for your car, I'd highly recommend to look for this company as they have loads of choices.
I purchased an aftermarket stereo from the store on Shopee a couple of months back but was unable to install it due to the MCO.
After installation, I realized that the Bluetooth microphone was not working properly (no incoming and outgoing audio).
After speaking to their team, I was told to set up an appointment with Kevin.
I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin on 23 May for troubleshooting (you have to set an appointment in advance first).
He found out that the issue is due to the microphone itself being faulty, and gave me a free replacement. Bluetooth calls worked flawlessly afterwards.
A great guy with a great team, and great customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place for your car audios with wide range. Service is top notch. Recently got my head unit and rear camera installed and Kevin was there with professional advices to assist on my decision prior to installation. Detailed product run through was provided after the installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this shop to get my car audio upgraded, once entered, I was made to wait. Would have spent some 15 to 20 minutes with no one coming over to serve or attend to me. There was another customer that the sales person was handling but he never alerted the rest of his colleagues around or try to assist me in anyway possible.. Waited for a while and then I realised that I was made to look like a fool. Very poor customer service. Only when I was trying to open the door to leave, he asks what was I looking for. I told what I wanted speakers but u made me wait. You should have asked me this earlier and assisted me a bit while handling the other customer. He said I got other customers. Then I replied its OK thank you very much, and he didn't reply to me at all. Very non apologetic. I wish I could have given 0 stars.

You cant goes wrong by looking for them. Aaron and Kevin are very friendly and kind to assist in all aspect. Very nice guy and wide range of audio selections that suitable for everyone's budget.
