Therefore, I am dissatisfied with the service because I wasted my time and money and I wished that the staff were more informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deserve a zero star. I change my screen for only 3 months and it's crack already. I request for original screen but they gave a fake one and they still explain that we are the one who wrong because we don't know the price of original screen and used a non ori price to buy a screen for them. But, they are the one who say RM 450 for an original screen. Totally scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place deserves 0 star. They fixed the cheapest quality screen for RM200 and didn't even do a good job at it. Got glue on the edge of the screen. And If I put brightness above 50% the phone overheats and battery drains fast. 3 months later no display at all. But phone still can vibrate. Went to other shop because I don't trust this anymore. They said the display connector on the motherboard is damaged because the fake screen draws too much power from the motherboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my iphone xs due to charging problem and replace battery. only after a week the charging problem happens again. then they say charging ic issue. after spending rm200 for the battery and rm180 for the charging "line" repair they say they cant repair the ic. on the day i collected the phone they specifically told me after changing the battery i wont be able to see the battery health because they replace with non original battery. i was ok with it. i thought it's normal. and i didnt take back my old battery. another shop told me in order to get the battery health they need to re insert a chip from original battery to the newer one regardless ori or not. tried getting back my old battery but they lost it. when i tried getting back the old battery, one of the technician ask even said "nak dpt kan battery health ke". so they actually know i can get the battery health back but did say otherwise when i collected my phone. spent almost rm400 for absolutely nothing.
