β β β β β Writing this review to help other folks out there to make proper decisions before going to this studio.....
i went to the studio to get the rm128 discount with 2 services. i wanted to bleach and colour my hair but the guy hairdresser suggested me to not bleach and just colour and do Olapex treatment. i was frustrated that i couldnt bleach my hair but it was still okay and i told him i DIDN'T WANT to do Olaplex treatment because my hair is not suitable with olaplex. i've done Olaplex treatment at other salons and it didn't suit me, didn't make my hair look good. so i was expecting just colouring. when he coloured my hair, he did it so harshly and even one time he dropped the comb but proceeded to just take it up and re-use it without saying anything to me? that was so rude. i was speechless as it happened so quickly so i just freezed there. after that, they proceeded with olaplex treatment which i said i didnt want earlier. didnt any of these 'stylists' get my word? it's really simple; i dont want olaplex treatment. they didnt even say anything and if someone who seldom goes to salon, they wouldnt know how the treatment looks like. they shouldve briefed and told the clients about the process. this behaviour could damage one's hair.
also, these stylists are SO BAD with natural curly hair. so if u have curly hair, dont even bother to come here. they are so skeptical with curly hair and as if curls are bad to your head.
conclusion:
- unprofessional
- unhygienic
- skeptical to types of hair
- choosy of customers
- very vague in handling the procedure
- unclear promotion descriptions
i hope those potential customers could make the right choice before coming here and i hope the 'stylists' at the salon can improve their overall customer service.

I saw their promotion on Instagram and Think this is really good price range. My mom and i made a appointment on 9 February.
I was really struggling to find the exact location of the salon so I asked them to send me any picture or help me to find the salon because we already parked our car at the giant and weβve been walking for like 15 minutes under the hot sun. The salon didnβt really help me. They said me to come tealive but there was so many tealive in the town so I sent them a screenshot of the Google Maps and ask them which tealive are you talking about and they didnβt answer. so like after 30 minutes they sent me a picture of the store that located near their salon finally my mom and I got there. when we got there they didnβt say sorry or offer us any drink (we are clearly exhaust)
at first the promo price is rm151but they keep adding the price so my price ended up being rm420 but i said okay cuz i want my hair to be perfect and i showed him a picture he said he can do it but bit darker and natural. I said okay. He said itβs hard to get blond since i box dyed my hair(dark brown) so I asked him to do the test strand and he doesnβt understand what that mean so I explained to him what is test strand but he didnβt do it. I kept saying I want it to look natural when I grow my hair because my original hair color is black I donβt want to be like two blocks and he said yes.
I was keep doubting myself during the every session cuz his technique looks not expert like the way he washed my hair(I was really uncomfortable and barely touched my scalp), the way he blew out my hair and even the way he curled my hair(obvious uneven curls). After i finishes bleach I realized my hair is really different that the picture that I showed to him. I said Why it looks so different and he said it is gonna be good when he finish coloring. But it was same. Also i asked him to highlight my fridge but after the coloring the fridge highlight was gone I ask him and he laughed and said if you wash your hair it will be appear. Like whatβ¦
This is quite long story so itβs hard to explain but his technique is not deserving rm420(he did discounted me rm50 cuz we had big argument) and I recommend u guys to find other salon or just box dye And donβt believe insta promotion

β β β β β I came here because of their RM128 voucher and I had a certain hairstyle I wanted to do. The customer service was great β I was attended by Jeez and he patiently sat through as we discussed the colours, the price. Plus, he carefully explained the process and why he recommends what he recommended to ensure I can get the outcome I want.
He was so kind and did my hair attentively. When it comes to bleaching and washing, he did it so delicately and I felt so relaxed throughout. At one point, he even offered a free drink since the process is lengthy.
I trusted Jeez and my hair turned out great! I love it so so much and Jeez was kind enough to even give aftercare tips since it's my first time bleaching and dying my hair. He was even willing to share contacts, just in case if I have any questions.
I genuinely think 1.28am is the hair salon to go if you'd like your hair done! And don't be afraid to ask questions, they're very understanding and will do their best for you β€οΈ
