★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the pico first trial Rm199, before the treatment, a lady analyst my skin problem and promotes me to top up for additional round of pico pulse (bcz the first trial only do 1 round), i didnt think too much since i had been so so many years didnt do facial, so i top up another rm4++ (forgot how much dy), but then she keep push me top up another extra rm3xx to get their hydro cleansing bla bla bla, i refused, its out of my budget. Fine, so the treatment began. When the lady doing the first step to cleanse my face, she keep push push and push, push me to add another rm3xx, ok fine, i get persuaded and i paid. Overall alrdy almost 1k for this treatment, so i tell myself later once finish the treatment don’t accept their “promotes” again. Well, after finish the treatment, i do really impress with the result, my skin tone lighten up immediately, and face lifting up a little bit, I really like this treatment, but, they keep force u take their package, they even ganged up and force you to take Rm5888 package. I keep refuse refuse and refuse, end up they ask me to take another more cheaper package, they claim that it was a pregnant lady taken this package previously, but suddenly get pregnant so cant do any laser treatment, so they offer me to “take over” her package with price of Rm1888. I was thinking, this kind of story also can use to force ur customer to take ur package omg , who will believe this …..lolz. Ending, i leave without taking any package and their face changed immediately also, even the “Free Serum” of their first trial package also lazy to gv me ( i only realized that i didnt get this serum after go back) … fine, i think i wont visit again.

They always having a chit chat politely and to make a conversation so that the treatment process not getting bored. They also expertise in things they do. They advise me the do’s and dont’s on how take care of the hair. Besides, they treat me nicely as they will serve a cup of hot coffee to let me enjoy the warmth and calmness in getting the treatment here. Not to forget their skills in handling my hair is professional as they were very gentle and even asked me either their massage is hurting me or not even though they handle it softly. And the best thing is My hair shows improvement after the treatment. By Using the McD tagline Im lovin it !
