β β β β β Totally disappointed with the environment. Thereβs literally cockroaches everywhere,came back and saw 2 little cockroaches on the bed and big one on the curtains,(guess thereβs a cockroach nest somewhere,Iβm so disgusted ),toilet is dirty,refuses to change room and the reason is all of the room is booked and full.Bad environment and bad service, and the price is not worth it. Not going to stay here even a single night. Checked out in the middle of the night.

β β β β β This hotel really sucks. I wont recommend it unless you want to have an one night stand. This whole place is odd. Not the usual 3 star hotel that you would visit. Its inside a place called NSK and its filled with pubs, karaoke and also prostitutes are visible on the night. Wont recommend for a family vacation. Just dont. Try a better place. Rooms are small af. They dont even have enough parking so you have to pay for your parking also.

β β β β β The rooms are small out of our imagination. What we didn't love was the noise. Air condition not working. Im not blame the staff ,but at least ***agement need to improve your hotel (5S) don't made consumer disappointed. The location is not strategic. We are deeply disappointed with our stay.

β β β β β As soon as we entered our room, we are disappointed with the small size of the room. Carpeting in hallways of hotel in need of replacement. Staffs give poor service. Worst TV channels. Pillow too thin and soft. Mineral water too small. The location of the hotel is not too bad.

β β β β β Location is good. The hotel is definitively not worth the money. The air conditioning worked well in our room. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel staff. I were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Room is good. A big thank you to all the staffs.

β β β β β Location of the hotel is very convenient. The room we had was great. We were very happy with the services. All the staff we found more than willing to help or give advice. The hotel remained spotless the entire time there. Well worth the value for your money. Had a good rest from kota bahru.

β β β β β We were impressed by the services. Room was in very sad condition. The air conditioner was working extremely well. There was fast internet throughout the hotel. There were several international television channels available. In the bottom line - a great value for money. The location of the hotel could not be better.
