★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has got to be one of the best, if not the best 豬腸粉/釀豆腐 (pork intestines shaped rice noodle/ stuffed fish paste tofu & vegetables) place in KL!
Recommendations would be stuff your plates with everything you want, order at least one of each of the 豬腸粉 (rice noodles), one is the rolled up like a sausage type (which is how it got its moniker, there zero pig intestines used) & the other is the layered lasagna style rice noodles. When prompted for sauce, just quickly answer "everything" which includes healthy dollop of black goo sweet sauce, dash of spicy chilli sauce, a dash of curry sauce, sprinkle of white & black sesame seeds and a spoonful of ground peanuts for added aroma!!
Once you finished the huge portion, show your local swagger by helping yourself to a saddle full of soup from the serving cart to your plate, carefully bring the plate full of hot liquid back to your seat and mix the residual sauce with the hot soup for another satisfying taste of the concoction!!!
Only downside is the erratic opening time, it depends solely on the mood of the 2nd generation siblings. So expect to visit a few times before you get to finally taste it, if you're really a bad luck person...and also the 2pm opening in the afternoon which is already after the lunch hours for most office crowd. Try to be the early birds, apart from the food runs out pretty fast, there's also limited sanitation to be found on site, so it's better that you create empty dishes to be washed instead of the receiving end of a just out if the dipper sink to ensure your stomach bio-equilibrium doesn't get rattled too much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been frequenting this shop for more than 20 years. It is now opposite the location on the map. Slightly expensive but the ccf and the sauce are great. Smooth and sumptuous. And the liao, a great variety of them, are mostly gone by 3 pm. Note that it opens around 2 pm and closes when they sold everything, I think, not later than 5 pm.
