给人的感觉是人手不够/程序很乱
比如环境有点乱 肉眼可见很多货物箱子在旁边
比如等待食物上桌约30分钟以上
比如酱料区超过1/3的调料都是空的
价格偏高（2个人吃了超过马币150）
酱料，汤底都额外收费
总体来说
估计应该不会再回来这个店

如果你是為了麻辣火鍋，不行
麻辣火鍋的鍋底很本地化，不夠辣，不夠香，麻就不說了，也沒得選大中小辣，加辣也只是乾辣椒花椒
醬料最重要的麻油，腐乳，香油都沒有
如果重點不是吃麻辣過癮，那一家大小三五成群來聚餐，這環境不錯
要吃飽，一個人大概RM50-RM100看叫什麼吧
新開的店要在Recipe上加油，Austin區已有幾間很不錯的麻辣火鍋了

The bottom of the spicy hot pot is very localized. It is not spicy enough or fragrant, so I won’t talk about the hemp, and I don’t have to choose the medium, medium or small spicy. Adding spicy is just dried chili peppers.
The most important sauces are sesame oil, fermented bean curd, and sesame oil.
If the point is not to enjoy spicy and spicy food, then the whole family will come in groups for dinner. This is a good environment.
To be full, it’s about RM50-RM100 per person.
The newly opened restaurant needs to refuel on Recipe. There are already several very good spicy hot pots in Austin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 for ambience but food was 5/10, very average and the portion was really small - imagine half the portion of the Haidilao 半分 so it wasn’t satisfying - not Shiok :( The mala soup base is pretty authentic but the pork bone broth is meh. And the sauces selection doesn’t have the usual authentic sesame sauce but instead a very bad-tasting sesame sauce which seems like the instant type. And there isn’t sesame oil as well which is a basic hotpot sauce. It’s such a pity as the service and ambience was great. It was about 75 rmb per pax for a pretty full meal.

The only downside was we had to pay an extra 3.90 per person for the sauces and watermelon

Food was just ok and portioning is small and pricey.
Service is disappointing as staff not attentive and playing with their phone around when there is more than 3 table dining in.
Price is definitely not worth it as there is an additional charges for cutleries chargeable for dine in. The bowl, plate and cutleries is not even wrap up and they still charge for it.
Overall, not really recommended unless you want to try out a new environment as the decor is still acceptable.
