★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended a weeding reception hosted at this venue with some experience I get.
Good point:
1. Having very big parking lot for guest.
2. Cleaned washroom.
3. Service crew are very attentive.
Average:
1. Food presentation.
Areas which require improvements:
1. Safe physical distancing has been managed accordingly however not on the food portioning. 6 pax in a table but 5 pax food portioning served.
2. Bridegroom name has been wrongly typed and been corrected by using marker pen in front of guests.
3. Venue been segregated to 2 area, 1 area for wedding reception while another for walk in casual/family dine in. And the casual dine in area is very noisy that interrupted the wedding area.
