β β β β β The house correct number is 163 jalan 1, kampung asam kumbang. Though the sign board there is jln 1. But if you type in jln 1 either in Waze or Google map. You won't find it. You need to type in jalan 11 kampung asam kumbang.
This homestay manage by the nearby Chinese resident. After staying for 2 days 1 night . You will find Pro and cons.
Advantages choosing this homestay
1) reasonable price. RM 50 for 2 single bed in one room. Cheap.
2) room with air conditioner
3) clean room. No bed bugs.
4) safe environment. Not so much robbery. People here are nice and friendly.
5) they have a kitchen for us to boil water or do light cooking.
6) walking distance to restaurant
7) this place has a good view. During night can have stargazing.
8) cool weather
Disadvantages
1) share toilet and shower room with others. But the toilet is clean.
2) you need to bring your own towel and toiletries.
3) road is a bit narrow.
So far what to say RM 50.
