No exception for interior service! water drop from washroom pipes of upper level!! I have been living here for 1 year. I have been experienced with so many problems. Better to move from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a cool place- brightly lit and well kept and clean. Unfortunately the place lacks crowd so it does not exude the energy you expect despite well-located near Legoland.
I have high hope that the area will get its expected "hotness" once the area is well developed within the next 2-3 years what with 10 foreign universities setting up campus in that vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet place for a staycation. We booked the family apartment which consist of 2 rooms, a living room, eating area and cooking area
Location is a 5mins drive to legoland and mall of medini.
Bad points are the toiletries seem to be empty. But the host replaced within the same day.
Although parking is great and there is ample security, lots are limited at night.
There is a fitness corner, gym and small swimming pool. Also a tennis court.

The only missing piece of the puzzle here is that it's located way too remote from even a convenience store, let alone cafes or restaurants within walking distance. On the bright side it's only 10 minutes away from the second link checkpoints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet place. It's quite reserved and amenities are well taken care. The parking entrance ramp to floors above is narrow and needs extra caution esp for big long cars. Only disadvantage is, no nearby shops for you to shop your groceries. It'll take 10-15mins drive out to the nearest Hypermarkets
