In this snack bar, there are all kinds of fried food snacks. When you come here, you must eat the favorite of Serembanian, fried siu mai. The siu mai that everyone usually eats is used for steaming, but it is indeed used for frying. The siu mai skin is fried to golden crisp, but the inset will not lose water because of frying. In addition to the deep-fried fried dumplings here, there are a few other things you must try are the preserved eggs, fried taro balls(wu kok), fried wonton, fried spring rolls, and Kaya puff. All the above fried materials are made by the stall owner. The material is rich enough. A variety of fried materials are paired with the owner's own uniquely made chili sauce, which adds a different flavor to the food. It will definitely be addictive after eating it once!
