Nice place for a home buyer to consider. With a small theme park and lots of parking. But with high maintenance fees its not for all. Good place to consider if you looking for less crowded area with good invoirement. Easy access to public transport and close by to alot of point of interest. The price is quite high compare to surrounding area but you pay for what you get.

The place is great, really but i suggest if anyone want to rent the house here DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT AT L-2-3A, the owner is EVIL. Find other unit.
