★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time at 32 Hair Studio. I did perming and hair colouring in one day. The hairstylist will look at your hair condition first before they start to do anything. I'm very satisfied with my hair result and would like to go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is solely based on my own hair results & experience. I believe that the team in 32 hair has the best intention to provide their customers the best hair makeover experience, and I appreciate that the director has personally texted me to teach me how to manage the curls. For me, I am disappointed as I do not get the results that i want, I have clearly indicated that I don't want anything too curl, probably just a half swing kind (like those curl in a bit the end, with picture shown to stylist) but at the end it's still like a full swing kind of curls. It's a very tight curls when it first came off after wash-off, but stylist advised me that with the right blowing technique it won't be too curly, also will be best to use their products which I did not buy. I guess I just didn't master the blowing technique, i go to work everyday now with my hair tied because it's harder for me to manage & frizzy (can be my own hair's condition even after applying cream and oil) For me, it just defeated the purpose of spending money on hair when you have to spend more time to manage & more money to maintain, so I have cut off 1 inch of the curls (and there are still more curls) somewhere else and going to another place to relax the curls, hopefully I can just get back my usual hair back. I do not have bad experience with the stylist as I think they are very pleasant & professional, but to my own experience, I just feel that I am better off before spending 300+ bucks on my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cut is very average and the stylist seems to be in a hurry to rush to other customers and barely look at my hair. Not worth the high price tag imo :( On the plus side, the trainee(not sure her name) that greeted/washed/styled my hair is pleasant, and the perms on other customers do look good. I wanted to color my hair too but not keen to return due to this experience.
