★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here this afternoon (29th June 2019) to apply full 3M Crystalline tint for my new car. Workmanship was good, Desmond is a nice guy and explain things patiently but what made me gave a 2 star review was Desmond allowed his trainee to reverse my car and the trainee looked like an inexperience driver. When he reversed the car, the front wheel went on to a kerb and he did not realise it. When the car finally landed on the road, my front bumper hit on the kerb and left a deep scratch mark at the front bottom bumper. I consulted him and he just brushed me off by saying it's at the bottom and not obvious, and just said sorry. But in fact there's quite a deep scratch mark. It's really heart wrenching when your new car was left with paintwork scratches just days after you took delivery of your car. Disappointing!
At least they should have offered to polish off some of the scratch marks, even though the deep scratch can't be fixed unless resprayed...
