Not very helpful. Can't give a quote say need to wait for the sales person. Didn't bother to give the number or tried to get in touch with the sales. Appears as if only interested for bigger priced sales

Fixed an appointment 10 days ago to add additional layer and accepted the quote over the call. Arrived on the appointment day, the sales advisor can mentioned nothing on WhatsApp and don’t remember when clearly the person mentioned the rate. In fact text the person before leaving. A typical example of having too many customers and not knowing what was arranged. Total disappointment!
