β β β β β The 4fingers Crispy Chicken restaurant was truly amazing. The food here was incredible and my family and I loved it. In my opinion, the Chicken Sweet was really nice. Overall the service was excellent and one of the servers, staff, was very friendly and helping. Service is fast and food is good. But expect to wait because it is often crowded. However they have a corner for people to sit and wait.Chicken weren't crispy as I imagined it to be. Kinda preferred crispy Chicken. Not that it was bad, just different from my expectation. The Chicken was nice. Will return again when I am in the area.

β β β β β Wth is this? Ordered take away for wings and it look like it has been frozen for few days! The chicken is so dry, smell weird and taste even worse!!! If you guys serving food like this, sorry no more rubbish food next time!

β β β β β Not even a star can ever give to this! The most rude staff that I've met! Her name is FARAH! Not friendly at all! If you felt so troublesome and dont want to work, please just resign!! Please dont make face in front of customer! We paid for our food ok! And also 4fingers, the drinks should be cold but get without ice and iced milo taste like ice water (she did mentioned that got issue with blablabla) and even mineral water out of stock! ? Thanks for the 'GREAT' service!

They've been prioritising the delivery orders and just let the dine-in customers wait, is this the service we should tolerate?
Dining in doesn't mean they can just waste my time though.

β β β β β Terrible service. Being waiting for 30 mins still not getting my take away order. Checking with the staffs, and they donβt even know the order is dine in or take away. Reason given was drumstick set is highly demand. Shouldnβt the cashier should sharing the waiting time when order is made? So the customer can decide continue with the order or change the order.

β β β β β Ordered 6 pcs (3 wings + 3 drumsticks), french fries, rice and lemon tea for RM 34 from Grabfood.
Juicy chicken, nice soy garlic sauce.
I like the french fries and the seasonings too, lemon tea wasn't too sweet - which is good
The only downside was the chicken meat didn't really absorb the seasonings, so it was a little bit bland. Still delicious, though :)
