★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very terrible. I was so hungry and planning to dine in there. Queuing up for 30 mins and when my turn arrived, they said dine in time was over and only allow for take away. What a waste! u think ur food is worth waiting for 30 mins? Moreover serve wrong foods even using Smart Tag system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy place but still a longer than expected wait for fast food chicken.
Chicken was flavourful but not spicy (hot) enough to for my liking.
Several pieces where cold which considering how busy seemed odd, worrying considering how busy.
I do hope they can get the standards up and sort out the slow prep!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the new chocolate hazelnut sandwich at this place but after 10 minutes my food still didn’t come out. Can you imagine the others who just order they already get their foods but not mine???
After that I asked the staff to ask the kitchen. My sandwich have been cooked for almost 5 minutes but no one care to serve to me. The filling also little!!
I’m so disappointed. I know that time is busy but I only order that one. The easy one. Please learn how to be more productive & fast. 3 star because it’s taste nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very hungry and were excited to have our dinner. Ordered Chicken Rice set from Four Fingers, Queenbay Mall through FoodPanda and turns out to be a disaster meal. Rice turns out to be porridge, Chicken was not fresh. Chill and soup tasted ok only. Did not finish it up as it tasted horrible, ended throwing the food away tho I was hungry. I even ordered 2 pieces of chicken and they forgotten to give. I was shocked as a Singaporean!! In Singapore, Four Fingers does not sever this kind of quality to customers!! We will not order Four Fingers from Queenbay Mall. First and Last. Hope Four Fingers management will do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the food in it. But they need take care of hygiene ..! Putting the food on dirty tray is not good at all. Other fast food restaurants putting disposable paper on the tray to protect food catching any dirts. I did put tissue under my French fries.
