★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Ordered 6pcs boneless chicken with soft drinks, took almost an hour. Order came with 6pcs soggy chicken that have been cut, soggy fries, and with mineral water without informing in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 5 person in front of me in the queue, but it took more than one hour to get my food!!!! The staffs were sitting on the floor doing nothing!!! The customers were all waiting and delivery person were complaining. So this is the Fast-casual restaurant huh?

+ pretty much the same as in photo except the lower patty was smushed due to the weight of the chicken patties
- some tables were not cleaned & rearranged after customers left; while some staffs were just sitting around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The latest and the only 4Fingers outlet here in Ipoh. Meaning being the only one (for now), expect the high customer numbers especially in weekend and holidays. But rest assured that the service was super fast and the staff was nice to customers. During my last visit, the staff reminds me that there's a 30-45 minutes of waiting time but it just really took about 15 minutes. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order via grabfood during lunch. Arrived on time. First outlet in Ipoh located at Station 18. Order drumsticks combo. Come out with rice, kimchi salad, large cup and option for non carbonated drinks. Didnt have to add on any money for this. Kimchi salad was really delicious. Can choose hot or soy sauce for your drumstick. Both are tasty. Texture of chicken was crunchy even after mix with the sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very delicious food! bought chicken 12pieces x2 pax and add on rm3/4 for fries with cheese and bonito flakes! the sauce that we picked was the mixed of spicy and onion. Really the best selection we did haha. sorry no other picture as we enjoy our food too much, LOL.
