The facial was really good and they did it with all the care they could. I loved it so much and looking forward to do more and more facial in this salon.

Negative Star !! "i had a very disappointing experience at 520 Beaute Lab in Subang Parade. From the moment before I had the treatment till after it was done, I felt very stressful. The "new manager" (Miss J) who was transferred from HQ to Subang branch, kept on pushing their products and new "customised" package to me, even though I still have remaining 3 sessions left. She kept on telling me that my face condition will NEVER have IMPROVEMENT if I only go for their facial without using their products! It's not my 1st trial, I have been going for more than 10+ facial sessions. And if my face condition is as bad as what she has described, does that mean that the treatments that I had are all useless to me? Which also meant that I had wasted thousands of dollars??? When I said I need to think about it and not going to sign up for anything new today. She said CANNOT because today they are celebrating their ANNIVERSARY. I got so bad luck mah? Every time I come for facial, 520 Beaute is sure to celebrate something and hard sell me new stuff. The most irritating moment is when she said that my remaining sessions doesn't suit my skin condition now. And I'm still paying installment for it which I can NEVER USE coz not suitable. Then why in the 1st place you keep on hard sell them to me??? After my constant thanks but NO thanks, Miss J has the audacity to show me her displeasure by crumpling the paper in front of me and mocked me that I need to bring Jenny home since I don't know how to take care of my own skin. Dear 520 Beaute Lab, why oh why are your MANAGERS that I have encoutered are so ill-mannered. If your plan is to transfer Miss J to chase customer away. You are doing a damn good job. I can't wait to finish up my balance session and get the hell out of there!!! Btw, shout out to Jenny, Jessie, Jane, Kelly, Lynette and the customer service who are always very friendly to me. In conclusion, Location good Beauticians service very good Customer service very good Managers - what a f**k*ng nightmare!I"

Awesome facial!! The entire procedure was relaxing and provide the most wonderful experience. I walk away completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend this Lab.

Subang parade branch: Doesn't seem to care about customer's budgets during a pandemic. Totally unprofessional by being forceful to buy their products and claiming that I absolutely NEED their expensive products which I can get for a cheaper price elsewhere Even when I said I had no budget for 2 products, they said okay I could pay for the 2nd one on my next visit, yet while I was typing in my card details, they suddenly said they charged me for both products. Considering moving back to Hartamas branch because of this experience

Such a bad service , using voucher said worth RM300 during promotion month only pay based on actual age. Unfortunately the service just simply do, don’t feel like the service worth RM300. Package stated there worth RM300, because of every during promotion, just paid like almost 90% discount. It does means paid lesser service gonna jumpwater ? Sound like disappointed and cheated. Totally not worth at all. Even go other skin care centre also not like this.

The facial session itself was nice and the beauticians were knowledgeable+friendly. However, they need to tackle the lack of transparency and hard-selling, which makes me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Lack of transparency: there is no definite list of product pricing. There are sales and promos all the time but it means nothing to me because there is no initial price list to begin with (they will only tell you verbally that it used to be RMXXX). The lack of a price menu for products and treatments means that I sometimes cannot even follow the complicated discounts that they run. Hard-selling: This is how the business works in the industry and I don't fault them for it as long as they are not forceful. I think it is up to the customer to stand your ground. No matter what they recommend, if it really does not fit into your budget, you have to adamantly refuse. Some specific treatments are worth it and the effects last longer than normal facial sessions.
