★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service teruk. Walaupun takde customer langsung, staff tengah lepak je time tu. Tapi sorang pun takleh nak servis dengan elok. Siap dah pilih spec, tapi staff cakap takut tak sesuai and selesa lepastu nak tukar pulak. Dari urgent nak beli terus keluar.
Bad service. Although I don't have a direct customer, the staff is hanging out at that time. But no one wants to be served well. Ready to choose the spec, but the staff said they were afraid it wouldn't be suitable and comfortable, so they wanted to change it. From urgent to buy straight out.

They made my new specs that is totally unwearable, they cant explain which factor resulted in my giddiness when I wore on and expect the customer to agree without a proper explanation! Not even offer any alternative solution. I RATHER DUMP MY 500RM IN OTHER OPTIC SHOP THEN HERE!!!!
P.S. I don't even want to give a star if there's an option! And I want a full refund for an unwearable specs! U all cheater!!!!

Tidak juga menawarkan penyelesaian alternatif. Saya DUMP DUMP MY 500RM DALAM KOPI OPTIK LAIN YANG DI SINI !!
P.S. Saya tidak mahu memberi bintang sekiranya ada pilihan! Dan saya mahukan bayaran balik sepenuhnya untuk spesifikasi yang tidak boleh dinafikan! U semua penipu !!!!
