★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place (in kulai) you can train seriously. Price is a little bit high for non register member (register is RM50 free 2 entry). Non register RM15/entry, registered RM10/entry. Parking outside need coupon except Friday (not sure Saturday), air-conditioning at level 2 (cardio). Fitness class around 7.30 please check with reception.
