★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has 2 storey. Entrance at second floor. Second floor is where all the classes held.All gym equipment at 3rd floor. 3rd floor do not have air conditioner. Staffs are very friendly. Price for non member at peak hour is 18 dollar per day. Gym equipment is quite complete, easy to get parking. However the only downside is do not have good air circulation, often feel hot and stuffy during daytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently extended our contract with the gym for 1 more year. The contract has always allows us unlimited access to all its equipment and classes. But just this week, they suddenly announced that they have changed the rules. It now goes by $ per entry or $ per block of entries. They say that they will prorate the balance of our member fee and that we will need to use it to buy the required entry blocks. There is NO refund possible. To me this is so unprofessional. You changed the rules halfway to you advantage n you don't even give the option of a refund. To me you should allow the current contract to run its course in its current terms. If you cant wait, then you should atleast allow the OPTION of a full refund of the balance. There no choice here! Perhaps this can be a case for our local consumer court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a membership that locked me in for 10rm walk-ins after being pressured by the front desk staff.
Then one day they said it wasn't valid anymore and that my walk-in fee was now 20rm. Quite unethical.
As for the gym, it is very very hot with no air conditioning and extremely poor air circulation. I would not recommend anyone who is overweight or with a health condition to workout here due to how hot it is and the poor air flow. The cheap and rusty fans barely do anything. Many of them don't even work.
The machines are very old and rusty. Some are broken and need repair.
No complimentary water or towel are given to customers.
They recently did a "renovation", but it only consisted up ripping up the very old dirty carpet and rearranging the old rusty machines on one of the floors.
Right after the "renovation" is when the walk-in cost doubled.
