★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's an awfully bad experience! This cashier guy is very unkeen to help and kept telling me 'Thats your problem' that eventually triggered my anger!
I left my recycled-bag on the counter but later find it missing so I was just trying to ask for help from him. Without expecting much for the results though, his response was utterly unhelpful at all but it's ok, because I still have to ask him about the stickers on my 2nd orders which I purposely want to exchange for stickers.
Without trying to recall, he throws back to me that he insistently of those stickers I must have dropped them on my way. The fact is when i was paying the order he didn't even hand me the exchanges. I had to asked if the coins on counter was for mine. That's ok because I thought he maybe too busy, and that is also commonly happens elsewhere.
I thought 7-11 has provide training for their staff but what happened to me just now was totally unexpected and completely unsatisfied - why I had to spent extra money to get spilled some bad words-mojus right onto my face!
I guess I won't be coming to shop at this 7-11@alma again. Still geram sangat ??
