โ โ โ โ โ The cashier doesn't speak bahasa, doesn't speak English, and doesn't know how to operate TNG card reload and Sim card reloads. Two customers in front of me had to leave because they cannot communicate with the cashier.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst 7 eleven experience, never update promotion. Bad staff attitude. I tried to ask price, but the staff said he ald key in the item, so he cant do anything so i have to pay and no refund can be done. Speechless..
