★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t ever get ur car washed here, the boss always thinking of earn your money only. Sometimes will tell u only have expensive shampoo, sometimes will keep tell u to add on accessories, and sometimes will simply charge u labor fees on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to wash my car since before MCO. Today, I drive in and intent to have a car wash. You know the “Chinese supervisor” told me external car wash RM20 as they are only using so call “Good” shampoo. No more RM10. Is that due to Raya and they simply force customer to spend? Some how I reject such premium service and go for other car wash center nearby. Rather better service and reasonable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedan car wash & vacuum was RM25. Was told they use Meguiar's shampoo. Told the boss that the mats needed washing. He said ok. Then he left the site and the staff washed the car. What happened?
1. The car shampoo didn't smell like Meguiar's. I'd know because my husband and I use Meguiar's Gold class for our cars for more than 10 years. The shampoo used by the car wash centre didn't leave the smell and the shine as desired which is a trademark of Meguiar's products.
2. The car body and front/back windscreens were not wiped properly. They missed the centre top where the previous water marks caused by rain, dust and grease stained that spots. I had to wiped them off at a petrol station as they're an eyesore.
3. When I asked the staff how much to pay (just to test them out) when I took the car, the worker said RM30 and when I asked why RM30 and not RM25, one Indian staff said it's RM30. Told him that his boss said RM25 but the Indian staff insisted RM30 since they washed the mats. I said no as I prepared exactly RM25 and paid RM25 as quoted by their boss. And he stared at me like wanting to whack me. The other 2 foreign workers just smiled but couldn't say anything.
The price was really on the high end in Penang for a subquality end results. At my regular car wash centre in KL, I paid only RM15 for a star quality car wash where I would drive out satisfied - thoroughly cleaned inside out, fully shined on car body, glass and tyres and no water marks. The 4-piece floor mats would be washed with no extra charge by car wash centres if we asked.
The whole thing was a thumb-down and I will not go back to 7S again whenever I'm in Penang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my car to wash, after complete scratches everywhere and many OBVIOUS dirty spots are still there. Ask the boss why got scratches, ask me pay extra for polishing. RM25 is slightly above average price in Penang but with this kind of quality, totally not recommended.
