★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About a month ago, I felt a tightness on both of my outer thighs and tingling in both of my inner thighs. Numbness and soreness followed. Due to all these symptoms, I was not able to sleep through the night, waking up after every two hours or so...
I have seen a chiropractic doctor and an acupuncturist, however, they could not alleviate problem. I was deprived of sleep and felt tired everyday, also having to deal with the constant pain in the thighs...
A neighbour introduced me to Master Goh Tiam Huat Traditional Chinese Medicine. Here, he diagnosed, based on my X-ray, that there were bone spurs that could be acting on the nerves, which is causing the pain on the thighs. He also noticed my uneven hips. My left hip was about an inch higher than my right.
I was given a massage to ease the tension on my legs and my back. This massage helped to relief the tight, numb and sore thighs. After which, he went on to “pop” my hips back evenly. These treatment really helped to eased the pain, and let me sleep longer at night.
While I believe that it will take some time to heal, I am very happy and appreciative to Master Goh, who was able to relief me of my pain.
