★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank to 817 Car City one of the salesman (Jeffrey) provided very good information such as loan process documentation, car detail, spec, update infor from bank process and very tahan tunggul sales (because take long time waiting bank approved).
Most important he didn't care bout customers yg main2 atao tanya banyak2, he still serve like professional (smile and very comfortable to talk), I think major customers are like this kind of salesman.
Other I don't have any complaints, only that area heavy traffic…

For the carcity. Room of improvement
I) to give dealer warranty at least for short period of time
II) to show more proof that the car is in good condition. Presenting the previous service record etc
III) show proof that the odometer is not altered
The disclaimer of no defect, the no odometer change disclaimer for customer to signed and no warranty form is the turning off point for the customer. It like shying away from taking ownership after the customer has put his trust and faith to the company
