Ben was very helpful & efficient and boy was he friendly, too. We are from Pahang. So, on the day we were supposed to get our car, we were picked up by him at TBS, free of charge. Very hassle free. Thanks to 819 and Ben, we are now driving our dream car VW Scirocco! I hope the car runs super well in the future. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we had to deal with Carcity 819. I must say the process was very smooth. It was all because of the person Mr. Ben Q. He walked us through on our every observation on the vehicle and handed it to us in the best possible outlook and features (with warranty on essential parts). The processing fee compared to other used car dealers may look a bit high but then you get a total hassle free experience. Mr Ben, in my opinion is a role model for all salesperson in this field. Since the cool mannerisms and patience he has shown to deal with us is simply noteworthy. It has just been a week we have received our vehicles and hope it runs well.
