★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not trustworthy dealer. 3 Reasons:
1) Was informed that they had many bmw 3 Series and was told to come to see. When arrived they had one unit only and it wasn't even at the location, we had to be driven down the road to another location to view the car. (By the way it took us 40mins to get there from KL)
2) When we arrived to the dealership down the road to get the car, Jeff pointed at a 5 Series and mentioned this was the car. (What kind of car salesman can't even tell the difference between two ENTIRELY DIFFERENT MODELS)
3) Felt cheated as once he showed us the car, he said that we could not test drive without making a booking deposit. (Who buys a car without test driving?) They also said they would give a refund if there was a problem with the car after the booking deposit is made but... Who would trust them after all of this ?
1 Star for the showroom, ZERO Stars for Jeff.
Don't trust these other reviews, they probably wrote it themselves ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I introduced my friend to buy a car in Car City 820. Gladly heard from him that he pretty much liked all the service from the branch manager William. This branch is giving the suitable price for all the cars. My friend strongly recommended giving five stars to this manager and this branch for their responsibility and helpfulness.

Was looking for a particular facelift car model (many other dealers only had recon version with lower specs) while they had a good decent unit which had full servicing track record plus way more features and accessories.
Met up with William the branch manager who kindly allowed a short test drive and patiently explained all car features with no hard sell tactics. Put a deposit on the spot and the rest of the process went smoothly. Appreciative that Warranty Smart external insurance was bundled into the price for after-sale ease of mind.
Overall pricing was fair for the car condition and good service (appreciate the timely responses so no need to chase, excellent explanation upfront so not many questions to ask as everything was already well explained). Totally worth it and am a happy customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a car from 820 Car City. This is a review based on my experience with the sales person named Desmond. He’s helpful. Assisted me for the loan application process. Helped me expedite the process so that I can get the car soonest. Also, he has helped me to fix certain things and gave me a year warranty for a second-hand car. But as for Desmond's customer service, I’ll give him 5 star rating. Worth purchasing at this place.
