★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our lunch at Austin Heights branch, it is really a bad experience, key indicator like service level, flow of food serving sequence, portion of serving is very small, displayment of dirty utensils in public eye, staff taking food with bare hands etc.
And worse, it is not worth the value of the price paid for. Will never go back again for sure.
