โ โ โ โ โ Convenient if down-at-heel shopping centre, but pretty much everything you need is here - a supermarket (Giant), a post office, a couple of good shops selling pet supplies, pharmacies, Mr. DIY, a branch of Nandos and one or two other decent places to eat (I like Koppi-O for local food).
It can't compete with Aeon Mall though.

โ โ โ โ โ Good place for shopping especially for groceries since they have Giant Store. Apart from that you can find household items in Mr Diy as well. Apart from that should you want shop for clothes you can go FOS and Al Ikhsan. Once yiu are hungry after shop the whole day you can have your meal in Nandos, KFC, Uncle Jack, Wong Solo, Burger King and Malay Hawker in front of Giant Entrance.

โ โ โ โ โ I would rate this area average. There's plenty of shops to go to but what's holding me back to go there more often is actually the parking. It's hectic at peak hours.
Outside of peak hours, you'll see a multitude of other visitors who like to defy the "one way street" road rules. It's often frustrating because it's hard to get a parking spot near the supermarket for a quick grocery buy. If you're not in a rush, then this shouldn't be an issue.
On a good note, I'd buy my fridges, air conditioners, shorts and jerseys, and some PC stuffs here because the price they offer are competitive and decent.

โ โ โ โ โ I like this place because of instead of having Giant supermarket they have lots of other shop e.g Mr Diy etc in one compound including restaurant. Parking is a bit difficult if u come during peak time n weekend. Place is clean and friendly.
