Ulasan ini bukan bertujuan untuk mempertikaikan kepakaran dan intergriti doktor di HATTM tetapi, lebih mengharapkan penambahbaikian dari segi justifikasi terhadap kesihatan pesakit. 1. Judgment terhadap kesembuhan pesakit 1/5. -Kurang 48 jam ayah saya keluar daripada hospital HATTM, beliau diletakkan dibawah pemantauan ICU di sebuah hospital lain. -Menurut hospital tersebut, bacaan sel darah putih yang agak tinggi beserta bintik-bintik putih masih kelihatan di paru2 dan tidak sepatutnya dikeluarkan daripada hospital. Selain daripada itu, bacaan oksigen juga tidak memuaskan walaupun sedang memakai oksigen. -Kurang daripada 24 jam beliau di keluarkan daripada HATTM, beliau terpaksa memakai oksigen dirumah disebabkan level oksigennya kurang daripada 90. -Kondisi fizikal dan kewarasan beliau semasa "discharge" adalah sangat jauh berbeza berbanding sebelum beliau sakit. Oleh itu, perkara yang menjadi persoalan apakah justifikasi doktor apabila mengatakan; kuman dalam paru2 sudah 'clear', dan membenarkan ayah saya keluar dalam keadaan kewarasannya belum pulih sepenuhnya. 2. Etika kakitangan perubatan diperubatan kecemasan 1/5. -Kecemasan ?/5: Walaupun kami amat berterima kasih kepada doktor yg merawat dengan pantas, namun adalah tidak wajar apabila terdapat kakitangan perubatan yang lain memberikan kenyataan "kalau pesakit saya ni saya marah" dan seolah2 nada kesal apabila mempersoalkan sbb pertukaran hospital. -Kakitangan yang menjawab telefon kecemasan ?/5: Disebabkan jawapan yang sambil lewa terhadap kondisi ayah saya, kami mengambil keputusan untuk mengambil rawatan kecemasan kali kedua di hospital yang berlainan. 3. Kakitangan di wad lelaki 5/5. -?????/5: Kami amat berterima kasih kepada para doktor, jururawat, kakitangan perubatan, kakitangan pembersihan dan yang terlibat secara tidak langsung diatas usaha dan kebaikan kalian semasa ayah saya diwad. Hanya Tuhan saja yang mampu membalasnya.
This review is not intended to dispute the expertise and integrity of physicians at HATTM but, rather, to expect improvements in terms of justification for patient health. 1. Judgment on patient recovery 1/5. -Less than 48 hours after my father left HATTM hospital, he was placed under ICU monitoring at another hospital. -According to the hospital, relatively high white blood cell readings along with white spots are still visible in the lungs and should not be removed from the hospital. Apart from that, the oxygen reading is also unsatisfactory even while wearing oxygen. -In less than 24 hours he was removed from HATTM, he had to use oxygen at home because his oxygen level was less than 90. -His physical condition and sanity during the "discharge" was very much different than before he was ill. So the thing in question is what is the doctor’s justification when saying; The germs in my lungs were 'clear', and allowed my father to come out in a state of sanity not fully recovered. 2. Ethics of emergency medical staff 1/5. -Emergency ?/5: Although we are very grateful to the doctor who treated us quickly, but it is not appropriate when there are other medical staff giving the statement "if my patient is angry" and seems to be sorry when questioning the change of hospital. -Staff answering the emergency phone ?/5: Due to the careless response to my father's condition, we decided to take emergency treatment a second time at a different hospital. 3. Staff in male ward 5/5. -?????/5: We are very grateful to the doctors, nurses, medical staff, cleaning staff and those who were indirectly involved for your efforts and kindness while my father was in hospital. Only God is able to repay him.

Very bad service…the doctor doesn’t take care of the patient properly.careless and does not take serious the work given. I’m very disappointed with the service provided.

A hospital for military personnel and military veterans and their dependents. Staffed by very competent and professional military personnel from the Royal Medical Corp. The canteen unfortunately smells and a bit 'smoky' maybe due to faulty exhaust fan in the kitchen. During my visit there last month, the canteen operator was found to employ foreigners to make the drinks. I doubt they were vaccinated to handle food. The hospital management should ensure only Malaysians worked in the canteen during these pandemic times. The door to the public toilet beside the emergency ward is in a deplorable state. Even the window latch along the corridor from the emergency ward entrance to the lift needs to be replaced.
