★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service!! Cashier tak friendly, tak penyabar & push2 cust suruh cepat & cakap kurang ajar depan cust. Selalu jadi macam ni dengan staff sama.
 Bad service !! Cashier is not friendly, impatient & push2 cust tell fast & talk rudely in front of cust. It's always like this with the same staff.

The counter staff is very arrogant yee ? there is no manners like that? Customer says THANK YOU, you immediately continue chatting with your manager !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff jaga kaunter sebelah kiri (bila masuk) sangat tiada adab. Kerja bercakap , bergurau dengan staff termasuk manager tomboy. Saya cakap terima kasih pon tak dibalas. Macam tu ke layan cust? . Datang banyak kali pon kedai masih bersepah?
The staff guarding the counter on the left (when entering) is very rude. Work talking, joking with staff including tomboy managers. I said thank you for the unanswered pound. How about cust service? . Came many times the store pounds are still littered?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst 99 speedmart I ever been to. The shop is a mess, most of the item did not have the price shown. Staff are not customer friendly, I mean if you don't want to deal with people then don't work there. They didn't even have basket for people to use. The manager is the same.
Avoid going there, friendly advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude cashiers. 99 speedmart is holding on because people not taking serious about this kind of rudeness. You dont have to greet or say thank you to your customers. Look at your customers upon returning cash. Damn place. Never going to come back here!!
I just noticed..almost everyone commented about their rudeness, yet no action from management. TIME TO BOYCOTT 99 SPEEDMART!!!
