★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say...sy boleh dikatakan regular customer...tapi hari ni 15/2/2021 lebih kurang jam 10.15 pagi..sy kena dengan staf yg BIADAP..customer tny about some product n he just said "tak tau"...before tu ada jugak pakcik yg tny dia dan jawapannya cuma "tak tau"...after sy tegur dia melenting n mengamuk ...ramai customer kat luar n dengar dia memBABI kan saya...ada asst manager kat depan tu..dia cuma cakap dia akan tegur n tiada perkataan MAAF yang keluar...so..tolong tegur n hntr staf kursus khidmat pelanggan...kalau ye dia ada masalah belajar la control..masa cari rezeki kot..tq
Sorry to say ... sy can be said to be a regular customer ... but today is 15/2/2021 around 10.15 am..sy has a rude staff..customer asked about some product n he just said "tak tau" ... before that there was also an uncle who asked him and the answer was just "I don't know" ... after I reprimanded him he jumped up and went on a rampage ... many customers outside and heard he was BABY me ... there was an assistant manager in front ..he just said he would reprimand n no word SORRY came out ... so..please reprimand n hntr customer service course staff ... if yes he has trouble learning la control..time to earn a living
