★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carts are simply left on the road, occupying part of the road. Deprive parking place for cars. A terrible place to go due to the smell of rubbish piling up and never packed properly into garbage bags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things here are sold at prices a bit more expensive than wet markets else where. Bad road condition and horrible parking. But considering that it is in the center of a residential area, the convenience of getting the variety of goods sold makes it acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small wet market located in the middle of a residential area. Not much stalls, but enough enough variety to choose from. Parking is limited even though there is a small parking lot located behind the shop lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wet market is poorly managed. The stalls is managed dishonest people. My mother bought vegetables from Ah Hock and it was all rotten. Don't go there. Better just eat at economy rice restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 Added more fans...much cooler now before...it was pretty hot and stuffy. Very small mkt moved to current location in parking structure becos of the stupid giant condo they are building in the middle where the old mkt and pasar malam used to be. Terrible parking if pass 830a
