★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to Billy. I came in Jb after 2 years and I didn't really have any intention of cutting my hair after growing it out for 4 months ? but after walking around the mall surveying all the hair salon this one caught my eye so I told myself why not.
He knew the haircut I wanted, even though it was a short explanation from me. His attention to detail is spot on, and I will always appreciate a good haircut. Definitely will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would only recommend Lynn for hair cutting or consultation regarding hair and scalp. Please do not prefer Billy as your professional hair cutter. He did both rebonding and hair cutting for me and there comes other way round from what I requested. He accidentally cut my hair too short and I’m totally not satisfied with the way he rebond my hair. Struggling to tie my hair nicely till now. Bad service of him ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally I got the color I wished... been thru horrible experience bout hair perms & color... luckily I found this salon & Lyn was the hero... she consult & advised me lots about my hair... like a magic, my hair got its spark... the salon was clean, treatment really good, cozy surroundings & friendly staff... definitely will come again... thank u Lyn??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Lynn for a long time because she’s the only one who knows how to cut my hair. I don’t dare go to other hairdressers because of their lack of skill. Lynn is very knowledgable and skillful in all aspects of hair care and style, now all my family members also use Lynn as their hair stylist! When I met Lynn, my hair and scalp health was so bad that I was losing hair but now after several treatments, my hair is thicker and fuller than ever! Regular trims by Lynn also keeps my hair shapely and beautiful. My haircuts used to not make a difference and I always felt like my hair was flat no matter where I went to cut it, once I met Lynn, she told me that my hair is hard to cut because the thickness varies in different sections of my head, hence it was hard to shape my hair if one doesn’t have the skill to. None of the hairdressers before her made quite that difference. So happy to have found her and I will continue to use her services indefinitely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hair stylist (male) greeted me, and asked if I want to cut and treatment. I wanted a cut. He helped me to wash my hair, almost tear my hair follicles out by FORCE, first time ever I got treated with FORCE while someone is washing my hair. After the rinse, he gave me a strong wipe of my head that almost gave me a whiplash. I quickly got up and stopped him then and there. There goes my expectations for a RM78 hair cut… Am I coming back? Never.

I have been with Lynn for a longest time because she’s the only one who knows how to cut my hair and I have always had an amazing experience each time when I visit the salon. After exploring dozens of salons in Malaysia, this is the only place I can trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask for Lynn when choosing to try out this hair salon. Had a great experience doing hair treatment and she gave the best hair massage. Even know what hair style suits you without you telling! Another hair stylist changed my husband current style with his cutting skill. We are impressed with the service and final look. Will book again for a major hairdo :)
