Don't waste your time and money with this useless service. Ordered a rubber stamp and it took almost a month to arrive. Tried calling the office with no answer and emails were unanswered. Please avoid at all cost

Disappointed with your despatch,he told us to pay by cash when he delivered the stock,the payment terms that stated on the invoice is 14 days,and someone just amend that with cash,he said : 'you guys always make a late payment',if you not pay by cash then I'll not giving you the stock and take the stock back ,he said 'Shafina told me to said that'. If you like to ask for payment then you are welcome to call our account department as the cheque has always ready for you and not saying we not make payment ,we always make every payment on time and won't owe you just RM 52.00! If you like us to make COD payment then you can change the payment term that you mentioned on your invoice and not just tell your despatch to collect cash from us! Your staff definitely need a good training,as he is keep shouting in front of my reception,what a bad service! But if you wish to lost your customer,please tell him to keep going! I wrote a complaint letter but no one reply my email and don't even do apologize.What a bed experience.

Ordered common seal that ready less than 48 hours. Good and fast service. No other printing centre can get the common seal that fast with usual duration up to 5-7 working days.

I walked in to the store and had bad experience with staff who took my order. The way how she talked to me was rude and seem being forced to take my order. I don’t think I deserve this kind of customer service especially that was my very first time went down to their store. And, when I tried to call them through phone number provided in the receipt, pathetically, someone answered but hung up my calls and then no more answer. Their products was okay. But customer service.... improvements so much needed.

I been a dealer over 10 years, recenctly the customer service, sales person & delivery man all provided bad service. In a week bill charge double the items, double the price, the worst thing is order S Series item charge 5 times of the accessories. ( Nobody inform me about this) Not sell the S Series holder alone. (The customer service told me this is from the management & sales person new rules) I make a complaint to the management is same. The management is over protected their ppl, even order red rubber their not retype the wording just use the scan copy to do the chop is not proffessional at all. For the past 10 what ever order Red rubber their do the Artwork show customer but nowadays their provide very bad service. Especially the front desk shouting so loud to ask her collegue, when I engage on the line to reconfirm order this happen few times, I'm feel very upset to this ppl, their are no manners, not responsible & bad attitude.

The amount you paid is for the product, definitely not service. I'm missing an item from my order. Tried to notify them by email but no-one reply in 2 days. After that i reached them by watsapp and been told will resend those missing item. Today I still received nothing in a month and they are no one reply my watsapp again. Poor service and wasting my time!

1 star given to their salesperson name : Peter! Please train well your salesman..1st time jumpa salesperson yg agak sombong! This company also treat ikan bilis company like no money no talk.Even rm80 bill also want to block the account not even to follow up nicely with customer.. Overall all staff need to train how to treat customer even your customer pay rm10!
