As a parent, I appreciate Dr. Andy's patience and willingness to answer my questions as well as taking the time to explain in detail the process, treatment and duration needed to rectify my daughter's dental problem. He gave us options to the treatments while laying out the possibilities and what to expect.
Most importantly, my daughter is comfortable under the care of Dr. Andy and his staff.
Being a child, she's naturally curious and asks a lot of questions. Instead of brushing her off, Dr. Andy was patient in answering her questions and even demonstrated what the tools were used for. Even though she was nervous, Dr. Andy and his staff were quick to pacify and calm her down. It was a less traumatic experience for her as opposed to her previous extraction a year ago at another clinic.
She was none the worse for her ordeal and was already talking and joking with her brother right after her extraction.
Besides that, the clinic ambience is clean, warm and welcoming with new and well-maintained state-of-the-art equipment.
It is also easy to find and strategically located in the business centre of Sungai Long with ample parking space.

What would be more valuable here is to share my experience with Dr Andy for the past year or so. He is a genuine person who takes the time to explain and patiently answer all of my questions and doubts. Knowing that I'm a rather anxious person when it comes to dental procedures, he ensures that I'm comfortable before proceeding with any necessary treatment. Because I have the confidence and assurance in him as my dentist, I have also brought both my kids and husband to see Dr Andy as well. Both of them, thankfully, are super comfortable with dental check-ups because of his friendly demeanour.

I just got back to Malaysia from Singapore and I paid a visit to his clinic for an Invisalign consult. Dr Andy is very patient with me as he spent the entire hour checking on my teeth, running scans using his newly purchased machine, and provided explanations on the different approaches I could take to realign my teeth.
What I appreciated the most was his authenticity and care for his customers. His non-aggressive approach helped me be at ease as a customer, and I can be vulnerable to share my concerns and considerations around budget and lifestyle choices. He was then able to listen attentively and provide his professional advice with various approaches.
I highly recommend that one should get a consult with him even if you don't feel comfortable committing to any treatment yet.

โ โ โ โ โ I travelled all the way from Singapore to visit A M Dental Clinic and totally worth the trip. Dr Andy did a great job by understanding my existing issue and discussing how to fix it over the chat before arranging an appointment for me. He would also forecast the amount of time needed for my root canal procedure so I can plan my schedule. On the day itself, he did multiple checks on me to ensure the operation went smooth. Heโs very patience and gentle and explained all my doubts! Very outstanding and professional service indeed. Thanks Dr Andy and the team!

โ โ โ โ โ Good experienced and environment, doctor and nurse are good in extraction also care about patient feeling. Feel calm and relax during the process. I afraid of tooth pain and extraction. But this is my second time to do tooth extraction from Dr.Mandy! She did a good recommendation and care about patient tooth before extract.
