★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been there before. But I just wanna say that as a student your Click X5 pen really really sucks. I've always used your pens, but your quality has become worse each year. The ink in your pen will often run out after one-week use. I don't care if you make the price higher, I just want more quality pens! I literally almost failed an examination because all of your pens ran out of ink (I had 5 at the time and 5 of them were out of ink even though I just bought them a week ago.) Sorry if this isn't the best place to complain about your pen quality but I don't know where else to say my frustration to. PLS READ YOUR REVIEWS FABER CASTELL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience from their online warehouse sales recently, I don't about other customers but mine was totally very bad. I purposely stay up late at 12am to get the items. They sent me the wrong order, then when I called them, they told me that my ordered items still available, will get back to me on the new delivery date. After 2 days only they replied me saying that some of my items out of stock and they will give me full refund. And they need me to stay home and wait for their courier to come and pick the wrong sent items. I'm totally frustrated and disappointed with their way to handle this, wasted my time.
