★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not my first time here and every time I am here..the service kinda dropped. Waiting time to order is about 15-30 minutes depending on how familiar is the cashier with the computer system. Unfortunately mine is a new staff. She already preempt me so I was thinking...okay...I go slow a bit. I don't blame the cashier... but she made mistakes for all the order I made. With each mistakes she needs the supervisor's access card to undo her mistakes. I was really rolling my eyes big time. Putting a new staff during peak hour is a disaster. I finished ordering at 7.02pm. Got my food at 7.38pm. My root beer is oily, they have been running out of fries and my nuggets are cold. I hope they can improve the service standards real soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful deco! It's very clean & tidy. Good service, staff are polite. Waiting time is acceptable, so far no bad experience regarding food or service. Fyi, drive-thru only use cash.
